Yep. Frankly, the idea of living in a country where the government gets to decide who can get married and who can't kinda scares me. If they can restrict marriage based on prejudice today, who's to say they can't restrict other areas of life based on prejudice tomorrow? Besides, I don't see how gays getting married will ever impede on anybody else's right to life, liberty, or property, so why should we try to take away theirs???

I want my government to keep its hands off my life, and in turn I want my government to keep its hands off the lives of others.

You see, we're born tainted with sin, before we even have a choice to make it, and then we're left to stumble around, and learn how to walk in a straight line. It never does much good to fall down once, flop over in the mud and say, "well, it's all over now." We've just gotta say, "oops, well that was stupid," and pick ourselves up so that hopefully we'll be able to walk a few more feet next time before falling again.
